Real Estate Agent.
Your job is simple: help clients buy, sell, rent, or invest with confidence. Day to day, you'll work inbound leads and manage each relationship from first contact to close.

- Schedule and attend tours, showings, and meetings across Miami
- Follow up via text, phone, and email throughout the process

Compensation
Commission only, paid by real estate commissions. Hot leads, full training, and admin support behind you, so your time goes to closing, not chasing.
What we need
- ✓Florida Real Estate License (or willingness to get licensed quickly)
- ✓Reliable transportation for client tours in Miami-Dade
- ✓Availability during business hours and weekends
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication
- ✓Self-discipline, organization, and persistence
- ✓1+ year in real estate, property management, or service (preferred but not required)
